Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Ulusoy Robotik Teknolojileri Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Ulusoy Robotics / Ulusoy Robotik") acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

If you submit the contact and project inquiry form on our website, the following data may be processed:

• Name and surname
• Company / organization
• Email address
• Phone number
• Industry
• Load / material to be transported
• Approximate load weight
• Any information you choose to share in the process and needs description

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed only for the following purposes:

• Receiving, evaluating and responding to your inquiry
• Analysing your project requirements (load, weight, process)
• Carrying out information and proposal processes for the AGV and automation solutions you request
• Managing business-to-business communication regarding a potential business relationship

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the form on our website. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, primarily where processing is necessary for evaluating and responding to your inquiry.

5. Sharing of Personal Data

Your personal data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the extent required by the purposes above, your data may be processed through service providers such as website hosting and email infrastructure; where the nature of your inquiry requires it, limited information may be shared with the manufacturing partners we work with to design the requested solution; and data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

6. Third-Party Content and YouTube Videos

Some pages of our website feature promotional videos published on YouTube. Preview images used in video cards may be loaded from YouTube servers when the relevant section is displayed. The YouTube player itself is loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) only after the visitor selects the play button.

7. Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing and by the periods set out in applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information about such processing
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with it
• To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• To request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
• To request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• To object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems
• To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
